Public Holidays: Call out for emergencies only

(Consultations and vaccinations on Mondays to Fridays between 12:00 and 15:00 entails a surcharge).

Consultations, vaccinations and other routine procedures can be booked Monday to Friday from 08:00-17:45. Saturdays work on a first come first serve basis.

Walk-in's

Walk-in clients will be assisted as soon as possible, however you are encouraged to book in advance to ensure that you see your doctor and to avoid waiting time.

After hours services

Our Vet is usually on call for after hour service in case of emergency. (After hours call-out fee applies)

Specialised services

Specialised services (behavioural issues, physiotherapy, pregnancy scans, and export examinations and documentation) have to be booked in advance.

Surgical or medical procedures

Any surgical or medical procedures such as tumour removals, are also booked Monday to Friday but it necessary to have a consultation with one of our surgeons before your pet is admitted.
