Monday – Friday: 08:00-18:45 | Saturday: 09:00 – 17:45
(Consultations and vaccinations after 13:00 entails a surcharge)
After hours services
Consultations, vaccinations and other routine procedures can be booked Monday to Friday from 08:00-18:45.
Weekends and public holidays work on a first come first serve basis.
We always have two vets on duty in order to minimize waiting time.
Walk-in clients will be assisted as soon as possible, however you are encouraged to book in advance to ensure that you see your preferred doctor and to avoid waiting time.
Specialised services (acupuncture, behavioural issues, physiotherapy, pregnancy scans, and export examinations and documentation) have to be booked in advance.
All operations, dentistry and in-hospital treatments and tests have to be booked in advance (excluding emergencies).
Other procedures such as tumour removals, cruciate repairs, and soft pallet resections, are also booked Monday to Friday but it necessary to have a consultation with one of our surgeons before your pet is admitted.
